A ventilated mesh compartment is intended for sweaty gear. That is the feature the NBA Road Trip Lite explicitly omits, so the 2.0 makes the stronger case if you need a place for used clothing as well as the ball and shoes. Choose among the Road Trips by the item that changes your packing: 2.0 supplies the ventilated sweaty-gear section; Lite removes it; Tech specifies shoe pockets up to men's size 17 and a laptop sleeve advertised for an 18-inch screen. Do not import those Tech limits into the 2.0.
