Athletico Streetball vs POINT3 Road Trip Tech
Road Trip Tech has the more specific large-equipment claims: men’s-size-17 shoe pockets and an 18-inch-screen laptop sleeve, plus a stowable ball pouch. Streetball offers a 50 L backpack with published outer dimensions, an exterior buckled ball pocket and a fence hook. Streetball’s equipment limits and Tech’s overall size remain unverified.

Tech provides the fit evidence for a large laptop and shoes
Road Trip Tech lists ventilated side shoe pockets for up to men’s size 17 and a padded laptop sleeve advertised for an 18-inch screen. Streetball describes a hidden bottom shoe pocket and padded laptop/tablet storage without maximum sizes.
For a player whose large shoes or computer are the hard-to-fit items, Tech supplies the more specific starting point. Streetball’s 50 L volume does not establish that either individual compartment is larger. A thick or cased laptop still needs its physical measurements matched to Tech’s sleeve.
A stowable pouch or an exterior buckled pocket
Tech’s hidden elastic mesh basketball pouch can be stowed when the ball stays home. Streetball uses an expandable exterior pocket with an adjustable buckle. Both move ball storage outside the main bag, but there is no comparative retention test or measured leftover-interior-space result here.
Tech’s side shoe pockets and Streetball’s bottom shoe pocket also give footwear different access points. The source evidence supports that layout distinction, without establishing a balance or carrying-comfort winner.
Streetball’s dimensions and fence hook answer other needs
Athletico publishes a 19.5 × 14 × 12-inch exterior and includes a built-in fence hook with a storage pocket. Those are concrete reasons to consider it for a known storage space or a fenced court. Tech’s overall dimensions and capacity remain unverified, so its larger equipment limits cannot tell you how it fits a locker or the wearer.
The remaining question differs by bag: Streetball needs compartment measurements for large equipment; Tech needs outer measurements when the size of the whole pack is constrained.
